This work sheet is designed to introduce pairs of nouns and verbs which can be later used in mime situations in the context of learning verbs. These games will hopefully improve learners' fluency through creativity. The worksheet lists 20 pairs such as siosúr - ag gearradh; peann luaidhe - ag scríobh; leabhar - ag léamh; teileafón - ag caint; buicéad agus spáid - ag déanamh caisleáin; veidhlín - ag seinm poirt; scuab - ag scuabadh and some more difficult ones besides.

In this game - Lig Ort (2) learners take a card, mime a situation and ask the question: What am I doing? Cad atá mé ag déanamh? The game will develop confidence and fluency in Irish through creative expression. It will also serve the purpose of expanding vocabulary and consolidating the lesson objectives.
